She is also a corporate trainer for Fortune 500 companies, leading sessions on topics like embodying executive presence, engaging an audience, conducting difficult conversations, and pitching like a pro.
Gillian has spent her career in consulting and tech, where she focused on helping organizations manage change in the face of major business transformations. She has deep knowledge in human resources and organizational development, having earned master’s and bachelor’s degrees from the University of Minnesota and Vanderbilt University. She is a Professional Certified Coach credentialed through the International Coaching Federation.
Gillian believes every client can attain the vision they desire. Her exuberance creates connection and sparks awareness so clients see what is authentically possible for themselves. Since she was 18 years old, Gillian challenged herself (and continues) to learn, do, and try something new every year. She has visited all 50 states, raised 7k in a cross-country ski-event for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, appeared on an HGTV show, and started her own successful Etsy business when she was a stay-at-home mom. She is located in Long Island, NY.
