Leap Academy began with a bold vision: to empower professionals to leap higher and faster in their careers. Founded by Ilana Golan in 2020, we set out to provide the pattern interrupt necessary for individuals to start showing up in a new light, gain clarity, and fast-track their careers. In just three years, we’ve grown from a small, passionate team to an award-winning, internationally renowned program that has helped hundreds of professionals across four continents.

Our journey hasn’t been without challenges. Scaling our operations, expanding our reach, and maintaining our commitment to excellence required us to innovate continuously and stay true to our mission.

With no external investment, we generated $860 million in capital for the market and $4 million in revenue, all while growing our team by 300-400% year over year. This growth was driven by our unwavering focus on delivering real, measurable results for our clients, with Ilana still deeply involved in each client’s journey to help them get where they want to be.
