As a Career Strategist, you will lead strategic enrollment conversations with professionals evaluating a significant career investment. You will assess alignment, surface constraints, and guide prospects through a clear decision-making process. This role demands confidence in financial conversations, executive presence, and the ability to maintain composure and authority throughout the sales cycle.
ABOUT YOU

This role is best suited for experienced sales professionals who are emotionally resilient, self-directed, and comfortable being accountable for outcomes. You are able to handle pressure, recover quickly from setbacks, and stay focused on monthly goals without micromanagement.
A corporate background is a strong plus, as familiarity with organizational dynamics, executive decision-making, and career progression language allows you to communicate fluently with our client base.
You’re a Perfect Fit If You:

Have at least 2 years of high-ticket closing experience (coaching, masterminds, consulting, B2B, etc.)

Are a strategic listener, confident communicator, and persuasive without being pushy

ABOUT THE ROLE
(Compensation & Structure)
You will conduct 4-6 pre-qualified enrollment calls per day via Zoom, manage your pipeline end-to-end, and close deals aligned with both client goals and organizational standards. You will track metrics accurately, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with leadership to continuously improve messaging, positioning, and sales effectiveness.

This job is FULLY REMOTE but it's important that you have a very fast, very reliable internet and phone connection (or be willing to invest in getting them) and can easily navigate Zoom.

This position provides you with non-stop warm leads, to professionals who are ready and want to change their lives.

The role is fully remote and requires full-time commitment with availability to work 9-5 EST or 11-7 EST (some flexibility for time zones).

Note taking, following up and mastering your craft (listening to your own calls and listening to others on the team to improve) will need to happen in your own time.

Since we want you to be successful, if we believe you will not be able to enroll our standard of 12 clients a month, we may part ways after the training or at any other stage.

A brief onboarding and ramp period (approximately two to three weeks) ensures alignment with process, expectations, and performance standards.

Your training time is not reimbursed however smart, coachable, sales professionals can make 5 figure commission already within their second month.

We will provide all the training you need to succeed. You need to show up and do whatever it takes to master the skill.
