ABOUT YOU
(who we're looking for)

  1. You are a smart, confident, self-driven individual, loves adventures and always pushing yourself higher. You are an A+ player and you've been successful in various stages of your career.

  2. You have done some sales or affiliate marketing and want to have a real impact on people rather than simply building the bottom line.

  3. You appreciate a flexible, work-from-home schedule, yet also do what it takes to meet your goals, change lives and make 6-figures doing that!

  4. You are a good listener. You will need to understand the clients' pains, fears, and desires. Certified Coach is a plus! Please be sure to include where you received your training from on your resume

  5. You are a super fast thinker who can come up with what to say quickly and you are known to be persuasive (not annoying or pushy).

  6. You are fluent in English and navigate the grammar well.

  7. You are great at building rapport with people. You are positive, LIKEABLE, and AUTHENTIC. 

  8. You are looking to work somewhere you can establish roots and grow. A LONG-TERM commitment, working for us. If you are trying to fill your time in between gigs, or while building your own business, DO NOT apply!

  9. You thrive when you are helping people and talking to people. If this is not you…do NOT apply!

  10. You have no problem having conversations with successful individuals: Directors, VPs etc. They don't intimidate you and you can ask them tough questions as needed.

  11. You are COACHABLE and desire to learn and grow. You know you're a rockstar but you're able to be open and honest with yourself about what is working and not working and be willing to change and evolve. 

  12. You are DETAIL-ORIENTED and METHODICAL by nature but also able to think outside the box.  Each call presents its own challenges and you will need to improvise but also stick to the SCRIPT as much as possible.​

  13. You love the idea of having authentic 60-minute phone conversations with 4-6 pre-qualified potential clients per day, 5 days per week, and helping them make a critical, life-changing decision on that call.

ABOUT THE ROLE

​

  1. This job is FULLY REMOTE but it's important that you have a very fast, very reliable internet and phone connection (or be willing to invest in getting them) easily navigate Zoom, Excel etc. You must also be willing to work during normal business hours in the U.S. but there is some flexibility involved around days/hours etc. 

  2. There is ZERO cold-calling involved. This position provides you with non-stop warm leads, to professionals who are ready and want to change their lives.

  3. This is a lucrative, COMMISSION ONLY position that can easily reach 6-figures when you master the skill. If this doesn’t work for you, please don’t apply. Your training time is not reimbursed however smart, coachable, sales professionals can make 5 figure commission already within their second month.

  4. We are not (and do not want) hard closers. We do not beat people into our programs. Great salespeople do not need to slam people into a decision. We will teach you a better way.

  5. We will provide all the training you need to succeed. You just need to show up and do whatever it takes to master the skill.
